Handwriting Reveals Health Condition By Walt "dr health" Edwards Please contact me using this number: 1-541-247-7077 Past issues available on my web site: getwel-newsletter.
The first question that comes to mind is how can handwriting even suggest the health of the writer? To the trained eye your handwriting not only reveals your personality traits and character (MIND), the actual condition of your physical body (BODY) and the traditionally believed to be the vital principle of animating force with living beings (SPIRIT). Between our thoughts is spirit.
We are the grand total of our thoughts. Which is pretty awesome "stuff" to even contemplate when you consider the idea that THOUGHT is the most powerful energy of the universe. NOTHING can occur with out THOUGHT! Our cells are constantly eavesdropping on our thoughts and our cells are reacting to our thoughts. We are the only creatures on Earth who can change our biology by what we THINK and FEEL. This is the connection between the body and mind. These emotional events and physical body functions that you experience on a day-to-day basis are recorded in your "mind tapes." Your handwriting is a hard copy record of what is stored on your "mind tapes" and more importantly, how you are feeling at the time of the writing. To check your script for significant health changes is not done with a single sample of writing, but reviewing several samples of a period of time. More specific details are covered in my book, Mind, Body, Spirit Connection Through Handwriting, which was published in 1997. Factors That Affect The Body... Excessive intake of refined carbohydrates leads to a rise in blood sugar, resulting in an excess production of insulin. Following is a rapid decline in blood sugar because of the excess insulin usually results in below-normal blood sugar levels. Then an adrenal response is necessary to convert glycogen to sugar (glucose) for the emergency. This pattern repeated many times a day result in adrenal fatigue and slowness to quickly respond. Affects of Drugs... When people take certain drugs, whether prescribed ones or those illegal, their handwriting may exhibit skips and jumps. Their script will also get irregular, resulting in sudden spurts of pressure. The effect of drugs on the brain results in a change in the normal rhythm pattern of the script which shows undisciplined writing. Drugs and alcohol affects the writer by slowing down reactions and normal rhythm, producing a "muddy" script and awkward letter formations. Physiological Effects... Because breathing and muscular movement are so closely related, contractions, halts or other breathing irregularities can alter your handwriting. People who have heart conditions, whether they are about to have a heart attack or after they have experienced a heart attack, will have slight catches in their upper loop letters. Stress Effects... Emotional stress can cause obvious changes in script. Stress can produce stomach and digestion disorder, hypertension, absorption problems and elimination problems. Handwriting will reflect muscular and nerve upsets which will be displayed by pressure, speed and general stroke information. Script may interfere with lines above or below the base line. Emotional Stress and Depression... Beaware that one sample doesnt tell the whole story. It is the trend and changes that can be observed in the script that can be useful in learning what is being experienced by the writer. Your pulse may increase and other biochemical changes occur in your body when you consume a food that results in an allergic reaction, thus changing your handwriting. Confident people who display a good self esteem are more apt to be conscientious and take care of themselves with a good diet and exercise. An adequate form of the capital "I" is the one most important indicator for self esteem. If the form appears weak, awkward, squeezed and small compared to the other capitals would suggest a poor self esteem. They are apt to seek high carb, high calorie foods and suffer from weight problems. To Know Thyself... Through out the history of man, civilizations have come and gone up to the modern human potential movement. One doctrine, though worded differently has remained unchanged. It weaves it's way in and out of every spiritual practice, every philosophy, and every self-help program. It is TO KNOW THYSELF. Your handwriting can provide you a way to discover more about yourself. My book, Body, Mind, Spirit Connection Through Handwriting, is a source to explain in detail how this can be done. Thought For The Day: Those events in your life that you perceive to be sad or unhappy may be lessons you must experience for further growth and learning. Remain centered. Remember to be responsible for your actions because for any action results in a reaction. See and hear things in a positive manner and every cell of your whole body will be thankful. Keep in mind that it is not the destination that is important, but the journey. As you travel your life journey, coincidences will take on a new meaning. Reviewing your daily journal will continue to make you more aware of your progress and help you fulfill the Body/Mind/Spirit Connection. |
