My Message To You For 2006 By Walt "dr health" Edwards Please contact me using this number: 1-541-247-7077 Past issues available on my web site: getwel-newsletter.
Be more positive about yourself and the world you live in. Become more aware of who you are and your
purpose. Everyone has a purpose in life... a unique gift or special talent to give and share with
others. Bless your purpose, even if you're unaware yet of what it is. Ask to know and give a new spin
on "thy will be done..."!
Intention is the key to our expression of Spirit in this realm. Intention is the common tool in astrology, numerology, therapeutic touch, Reiki, massage, the medical field, and so on. Setting one's intention is the most high of our abilities. My intention for this newsletter is to alert readers to subjects that can be determinable to their health and well being. In addition, to supply reliable information for enabling readers to consider making helpful changes in their diet, lifestyle and alternatives to drugs. The start of a new year is a typical time to review the past year and make plans for the new year. Poor health does not suddenly appear at your door step. It usually occurs so slowly that you donšt even recognize what is happening. Sooooo in the process of reviewing the past year, consider the following symptoms because they all reveal poor health and/or disease: poor digestion, gas, one or less bowel movements daily, skin problems, body odor, finger nails pealing, diarrhea, poor circulation, stomach bloat, fatigue, lower backache, bad breath, stiff joints, elimination problems, breathing problems, behavior problems, depression, allergies, etc... You may find yourself taking pain pills or other over the counter items to "cover up" the symptom. If you visit your doctor you will most likely be prescribed a more serious, expensive "cover up" which you are told to take for the rest of your life. Of course these solutions come with severe side effects which are listed is such small print you don't bother to read. The Common Sense Approach To Good Health... would suggest asking what is the cause of these symptoms. You may have to do some research, but there is a reason for everything. If you're greeting your 50th or 60th birthday and find yourself taking drugs for stiff joints, depression, allergies, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, etc., consider the cold hard facts that these symptoms did not occur over night. Your diet and lifestyle for the past 10 to 20 years has been a major explanation of your present health conditions. It is 2006, soooo what do you intend to do about it? This is a question you should not put off for another year. Tissue Toxicity is a major cause of disease. Industrial chemicals and their pollutant run-offs in our water, pesticides, additives in our foods, heavy metals, anesthetics, residues from drugs, and environmental hormones are trapped within the human body in greater concentrations than at any other point in history. Every tissue in the body is fed by the blood stream, which is supplied via the bowel. When the bowel is toxified, so is the liver and the rest of the organs and tissues. Proper bowel function entails having at least 2 or 3 good bowel movements per day. If we eat 3 meals a day and only eliminate once a day, where are the other 2 meals hiding? Some people carry around up to 10 to 15 extra pounds of mucous and undigested material that harbors this toxic waste! (Photographs are available for those readers who may doubt this fact). Emotional Toxicty... Besides physical toxicity affecting the immune system, an important aspect which should always be considered is emotional baggage that can drag us down into depression. Most of the emotions you feel in a day is not even about today. You are just recycling old emotional baggage that has never been cleared. It is so familiar, it has become a part of your self-identity, but you know it is not a part of your true identity because it causes you discomfort. Solutions to the tissue toxicity, including hair analysis, are too lengthy to be printed in this issue. Please visit the Health Gallery or call 541-247-7077 for specific information on this subject. BE AWARE OF THIS DANGEROUS DRUG! Tylenol (Acetaminophen) poisoning is now the most common cause of acute liver failure in the United States. Cases have nearly doubled over five years. Attempted suicides account for many cases, but almost half are the result of unintentional overdose. Some 36 percent of Americans take acetaminophen at least once a month, making it the most widely used pain reliever in the United States. Taking more than the recommended dose, however, can lead to fatal liver injury. And those who had unintentionally taken overdoses usually have even worse outcomes than those who has done so intentionally, since unintentional overdoses are usually not recognized as such immediately. Ask about DLPA for pain. Thought For The Day... Friendship is a golden gift cherished above all life's treasures. Friends are a very rare jewel, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend an ear, they share a word of praise, and they always want to open their heart to us. The only way to have a friend is to be one. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain! HAPPY HEALTHY NEW YEAR 2006! |
