Internal Cleansing

Every tissue in the body is fed by the blood stream, which is supplied by the bowel. When the bowel is dirty, the blood is dirty and so are the organs and tissues. It is the bowel that must be cared for first.

Proper bowel care and management is an undiscussed and embarrassing topic in western society. Most parents of the 20th century are uniformed and uneducated about proper bowel management. They relied on their family doctors to take care of any health problems concerning their children or themselves. Unfortunately, the medical profession, with all of its technbological advances, was intent on caring symptoms with prescription drugs and surgical techniques, while drifting further and further away form the old school ofnatural and non-invasive healing methods.

Many experts claim that the bowel is the hub of the human body. They also claim that toxic build-up in the bowel is a precursor to various types of health issues. Proper bowel function entails having at least 2 or 3 good bowel movements per day. Think about it! If we eat 3 meals a day and only eliminate once a day, where are the other 2 meals hiding?

Obvious symptoms of an unhealthy digestive tract: poor digestion, gas, poor skin, body odor, stomach bloat, fatigue, lower backache, bad breath, stiff joints, poor eliminaton, etc....

Common Causes of Toxicity...

POOR DIET includes dead, cooked, devitalized, clogging, low fiber or fried foods, etc. These foods, unlike live foods (fresh fruits and vegetables), lack the proper enzymes to assist in proper digestion and assimilation, and lack the fiber or bulk to assist in proper elimination. They are also lacking in essential vitamins, minerals, and other basic nutrients.

OVER CONSUMPTION puts a great amount of stress on our digestive system. The stomach bloats as the digestive system goes into turmoil. Foods are not properly broken down and tend to lodge in the lower intestines. Vital nutrients are not absorbed.

LACK OF WATER is a big problem. Water makes up 65 to 75% of the human body. Water cleanses the inside of the body as well as the outside. It is instrumental in flushing out wastes and toxins. When the body is not receiving enough water, toxins tend to stagnate, hindering all digestive and eliminative processes. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day is highly recommended.

Stress hinders the proper digestion, absorption, and elimination of foods by throwing the digestive system out of balance. Nutrients will not be absorbed if you eat a meal while experiencing extreme stress.

ANTIBIOTICS have a damaging affect on the intestines. Their prescribed purpose is to eliminate unhealthy bacteria in the body; bacteria that causes illness. However, antibiotics also eliminate the healthy, necessary, good bacteria! They strip the colon of ALL intestinal flora which puts the digestive and eliminative systems out of balance, crating problems in the colon as well as in the entire intestinal tract.

LACK OF EXERCISE weakens the entire body. Exercise stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic system, building muscles, nerves, blood, glands, lungs, heart, brain, mind, and mood. Blood is pumped throughout the body by the heart, but lymphatic fluid depends solely on exercise lowers metabolic efficiency, and without circulatory stimulation, the body's matural cleansing systmes are weakened.

EATING LATE AT NIGHT - The human body uses sleep to repair, rebuild, and restore itself. In essence, the body uses the sleeping hours to cleanse and build. When a person goes to sleep with a full stomach, the body is not at rest; it is actually busy digesting and processing a large amount of food. This inhibits the vital cleansing, building, and restorative processes that normally occur while one is asleep.
