Acid / Alkaline Test

This test will determine whether your body fluids are either too acidic or too alkaline. Water is neutral with pH of 7.0. Anything with a pH below 7.0 is acid, while anything with a pH above 7.0 is alkaline. The ideal pH range for saliva and urine is 6.0 to 6.8. Values below pH 6.3 would be considered too acidic; values about pH 6.8 are too alkaline. An alkaline condition could also suggest the lack acids in the digestive system.
